ABOUT KIM

I have been a self-help junkie most of my adult life, traveling many paths on my own personal journey.  The detours in my life were made mostly in the name of some sort of love: kids, travel, food, yoga, self-help books, the beach, men, the pursuit of happiness, and finding my purpose!  I finally came to accept and appreciate and love myself  just the way I am! I was born this way and there is no one else like me. And this is a good thing! The same holds true for you! You are whole, perfect and complete just the way you are right now.

"Your playing small does not serve the world. "

Motherhood, for me, has been the most challenging yet rewarding experience in my life. Its like a far-stretching, multilane highway full of speeding cars whirring by: full of stress and constant fast-paced decisions. But over the course of the journey, I learned anger/ego management, forgiveness (over and over and over again…), unconditional love, self-awareness, self-love, and the power of creation. And for that I am forever grateful for my two amazing and wonderful daughters--who are now off making their own way in the world. However difficult this all may sound, if you were to ask either of my daughters, they’d tell you how easy they made parenting on me.

Recently an empty nester, I am dedicated to spending more time with clients with the intention of sparing them from the black hole of online self-help resources that are both confusing and often contradicting. I hope to inspire and empower my clients to find their bliss by offering clear and guiding advice from my years of experience. I focus on freeing you from your past and breaking the vicious cycle so you can experience the present, and create possibilities for your future! When it gets scary, I will have your back. When it gets real, I will cheer you on.

My hope is that by coaching, speaking and writing about all the things that make me pretty darn glad I'm alive,  I’ll inspire you to see the world perhaps like you've never seen it before and to take it on, large and in charge!

Thanks for showing up to your life and allowing me to be a part of it. Please follow me on Facebook @Today’s Family to find out more about how I see the world.  Now on instagram @ DailyKim.e
